We are looking for an AI Platform Engineer or DevOps specialist to build and operate AI-capable platforms. You will design CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes clusters, and automated infrastructure - and integrate AI tools into build, test, and deploy processes. You ensure stable, scalable platforms that enable development teams to be productive.
Build and operate Kubernetes clusters (OpenShift, EKS, AKS, GKE)
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
GitOps with ArgoCD or Flux for declarative infrastructure
Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, distributed tracing
Integrate AI tools into build, test, and deploy workflows
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Kustomize)
Security, compliance, and best practices for cloud platforms
Several years of experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
Practical knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux) and CI/CD tools
Experience with observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana)
Confident with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm)
Interest in AI-assisted DevOps tools and automation
Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
