AI/ML Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to develop and integrate AI solutions for our clients. You will work with LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, and modern ML frameworks - and apply Vibecoding in your daily work. You take AI models from idea to production and help shape the AI strategy of our clients.

Develop and integrate RAG systems, LLM applications, and vector databases

Design and implement ML pipelines (training, evaluation, deployment)

Use cloud ML services (SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI)

Apply Vibecoding and AI-assisted development in daily work

Model evaluation, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning

Collaborate with clients on AI project design and implementation

Experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

Practical knowledge of LLMs, RAG, LangChain, or similar tools

Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector)

Knowledge of cloud ML services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Interest in Vibecoding and productive use of AI tools

Fluent in German and English, written and spoken
