Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
- Process customer receipts and perform bank reconciliations.
- Support debt collection activities and customer account inquiries.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and issue customer statements.
Accounts Payable
- Manage AP group inbox.
- Process vendor onboarding documentation and conduct bank verification checks.
Month-End Close
- Prepare and post journals and reconciliations.
- Support CapEx, intangible assets, tax journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end reporting requirements.
Tax & Reporting
- Maintain withholding tax documentation.
- Refresh management reports and support finance reporting activities.
General Administration
- Coordinate finance meetings and maintain team calendars.
- Support process improvements and provide assistance with ad hoc finance projects.
Qualifications

- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
