We're looking for an experienced, self-driven telesales professional to build and work their own pipeline with small and mid-sized businesses. You'll own your funnel end to end: researching accounts, prospecting by phone and email, qualifying opportunities and closing new business. This role is built for someone who wants to grow their income substantially and is rewarded for doing it.
What You'll Do
Prospect and call small and mid-sized businesses, reaching IT leaders, owners and operations decision-makers
Build and manage your own pipeline and daily activity plan to consistently meet or exceed quota
Sell connectivity, SD-WAN, SASE, UCaaS, cybersecurity and related telecom and networking solutions
Use Apollo, ZoomInfo or similar platforms to research accounts and build targeted lists
Use AI tools to research prospects, personalize outreach and work more efficiently
Write clear, professional emails and follow-ups
Track activity, opportunities and results in the CRM and Microsoft tools
Bring creative ideas for new campaigns, messaging and ways to open doors
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B outbound sales or telesales experience, ideally in telecom, IT or MSP sales
A proven record of meeting or exceeding quota (be ready to share your numbers)
Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses
Strong, professional phone presence and excellent written communication
Hands-on experience with prospecting databases such as Apollo or ZoomInfo
Working knowledge of AI tools for sales productivity
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
A self-starter who works independently, takes initiative and holds themselves accountable
A strategic thinker who is motivated by growing their own income
Education
Associate degree (2-year) required; bachelor's degree preferred
Sales, telecom, networking or cloud certifications are a plus
