Technical/Functional Systems Analyst

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Technical/Functional Systems Analyst to join our Bangalore team, focusing on the end-to-end management and optimization of our AutoTime and UKG (Kronos) ecosystems. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring our workforce management systems are configured to drive operational efficiency.

You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders, HR business partners, and IT infrastructure teams to troubleshoot system bottlenecks, implement new modules, and ensure seamless integration across our enterprise landscape. Your work will directly impact the productivity of our workforce by ensuring accurate timekeeping, scheduling, and compliance reporting, ultimately influencing the bottom-line performance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and maintain AutoTime and UKG (Kronos) modules to align with evolving business policies and global labor regulations, ensuring high system availability and data integrity.

- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancements, from gathering requirements and performing gap analysis to executing UAT and final deployment, to minimize operational downtime.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex functional and technical issues, providing root cause analysis and long-term solutions that prevent recurring system errors.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals, to empower end-users and facilitate seamless system adoption.

- Monitor system performance and interface health, proactively identifying potential risks to ensure continuous data flow between payroll, HRIS, and workforce management platforms.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in configuring and supporting AutoTime and UKG (Kronos) platforms, with a deep understanding of pay rules, work rules, and complex scheduling configurations.

- Proven ability to translate intricate business needs into technical system requirements, ensuring that solutions are scalable and compliant with organizational standards.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate complex data sets to troubleshoot integration failures and optimize system performance for 7 - 12 years of professional experience.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical partners and lead discussions with global teams across different time zones.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, combined with a proactive approach to working in a hybrid environment that demands high levels of autonomy and collaboration.
