参与过高并发系统开发（1000+ RPS 或同等规模）
具备性能调优经验（P95/P99 延迟、CPU 性能分析、瓶颈分析）
熟悉：• 队列 / 发布订阅（Kafka / Redis / RabbitMQ）
• 多线程 / 多进程 / 异步权衡
具备以下经验者优先：
• AI 推理 / 模型服务
• Kubernetes / 容器
沟通强、逻辑清晰，有组织技术讨论、编写架构设计文档的经验
有良好的英语听说读写水平
