Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Lead with strong expertise in Temenos T24 (Transact) core banking systems to lead development and integration projects within the banking domain.

  • Lead a team of Java developers and technical engineers.
  • Develop, and maintain banking applications integrated with Temenos T24.
  • Develop APIs, middleware, and integration solutions between T24 and external systems.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure software quality, performance, and security.
  • Support T24 customization, enhancement, and deployment activities.
  • Coordinate with business analysts, solution architects, vendors, and project managers.
  • Troubleshoot production incidents and provide technical guidance to support teams.
  • Mentor junior and senior developers.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Java (Java 8/11/17)
    • Spring Boot
    • RESTful APIs
    • Microservices Architecture
    • SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server)
    • Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD
  • Experience working with Temenos T24 (Transact).
  • Knowledge of:
    • T24 Interfaces
    • OFS (Open Financial Services)
    • TAFJ / TAFC
    • EB APIs
    • Version upgrades and customization
  • Experience with middleware/integration platforms.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies is a plus (AWS, Azure, OpenShift).
