• Perform Checker role for Mortgage business, including documentation preparation & vetting, loan operation, title deeds and documents checking and mortgage discharge.- Ensure all services to be delivered within the agreed service pledge
- Ensure adherence to departmental guidelines and compliance of the Bank’s policy
- Report all process deviations to Supervisor with recommendations
- Identify the improvement opportunities / operation risk of existing workflow
- Participate in projects on development of new products, automation / enhancement of related systems and enhance customer experience
- Provide coaching and training to junior staff
• Handle ad-hoc matters and tasks assigned by Supervisor from time to time
Requirements:
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in loan documentation and operations is preferred;
- Good knowledge on legal requirements for mortgage business and perfection of loan documentation;
- Good knowledge and concept in accounting principles and mortgage products;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Prudent and attentive to details;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
