Sr Demand Planner

We're looking for a Senior Demand Planner to join our team and lead demand forecasting activities that drive business performance and supply chain efficiency. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to translate data, market trends, and business insights into accurate demand plans and forecasts.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong analytical thinking, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding communication skills, combined with proven experience in FMCG demand planning and reporting. As a senior team member, you'll serve as a go-to expert, guiding colleagues, resolving complex planning challenges, and influencing business decisions through data-driven insights.

What You'll Do

• Play a key role in the demand planning process, delivering accurate forecasts that support business performance and customer needs.
• Contribute to Business Planning, rolling forecasts, and monthly demand review cycles.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure demand plans reflect business priorities, promotions, and product launches.
• Analyze trends, market insights, and business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and improve forecast accuracy.
• Present demand insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on complex demand planning topics and contributing to the continuous improvement of forecasting and planning processes.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Reporting and/or Business Analytics within FMCG.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills. Experience with ERP systems and planning platforms is considered an advantage.
• University degree in a relevant field.
