At Nigerian Bottling Company, we are focused on identifying young and passionate Engineering graduates, providing them with up-to-date qualitative and technical hands-on skills training in core areas of Engineering and Beverage Bottling Operations.
ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Nigerian Bottling Company Limited, wishes to admit qualified temporary employees with learning potential to undertake an intensive Training Program on Technical and Leadership Skills Development in the following areas:
- Basic Bottling Process
- Production Process Areas
- Industrial Mechatronics
- Automation and Process Control Engineering
- Logistics Operations
- Manufacturing Excellence tools
- Utility Maintenance and Operations
- Quality and Laboratory Processes.
- Leadership and Team management
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates should possess the following amongst others:
A minimum of OND in any of the following relevant fields:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Production & Materials Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
2.Interested candidates should be open to stay in Lagos during the training period and be willing to work in any part of the country where our plants are located.
WHAT WE OFFER
Successful candidates will enjoy a monthly stipend for the entire duration of the program. The Trainees are admitted into our Supply Chain Academy located in our Ikeja plant, Lagos and will be exposed to both classroom and on-the-job training in our state-of-the-art Bottling Plants across the country. From here, your journey to become a supply chain leader begins!
