YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate the Annual Business Plan and Rolling Estimate of the company.
- Ensure that the business plan & rolling estimate are accurately submitted in respective system.
- Prepare and support the managerial team and Internal Finance team with analyses of actual costs vs. Business plan and rolling estimate.
- Calculate and communicate the service fees to clients.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc requested analysis reports.
- Manages all the tasks and activities as per defined deadlines.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or business administration field.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis and/or balance sheet reconciliations.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal (B2/C1).
- Experience with MS Office, specifically Excel is essential.
- Experience with ERP systems (particularly SAP) will be considered an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data.
- Good stakeholder managements skills and orientation to detail.

Working model - Hybrid (2 days per week from the office for Sofia-based candidates, and fully remote for outside of Sofia candidates)
