Role: Sourcing Coordinator
Rate: $7/hr
Availability: 10 hours/week

3⃣ 1-Minute Introduction Video - Record a short introduction video (preferably using Loom) and provide the link in your application. Before you do, check out these video tips and sample videos. Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate List Preparation for Hard-to-Fill Roles
- review candidates from Workable based on hiring requirements and role-specific criteria
- prepare qualified candidate lists for hiring managers to review and evaluate
- coordinate candidate progress throughout the hiring process including candidate tracking, follow-ups, and interview scheduling
2. Global & Proactive Candidate Sourcing
- source candidates for technical and hard-to-fill roles, including positions that require specialized skills or experience
- explore new sourcing platforms, communities, databases, and channels to find qualified candidates worldwide
- identify niche platforms, professional communities, online groups, forums, and other relevant talent pools
- test new sourcing strategies and platforms to expand the global candidate pipeline
3. LinkedIn Sourcing & Outreach
- source and research qualified candidates for hard-to-fill and specialized positions based on specific job requirements
- send personalized connection requests and outreach messages to potential candidates (sniper approach)
- manage follow-up communications and maintain consistent candidate engagement throughout the sourcing process
