Product Designer

We are looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join adedicated product team working on a back-office digital product used by internal employees and operational teams.

The product supportsinternal processes, workflows and day-to-day operations, making complex internal tools simple, efficient and intuitive rather than focusing on consumer-facing betting experiences.

The role covers the end-to-end design lifecycle, from discovery and UX research through prototyping, delivery, testing and continuous iteration.

We are looking for atrue product-focused designer with long-term experience owning and evolving the same digital product, rather than working across multiple short-term client projects.

Strong hands-on experience in UX Research,Design Systems and Figma, combined with close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers and stakeholders, is essential.

You will be joining a fast-growingGameTech project, among the largest and most innovative in the world, active in 19 international markets and counting. Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Product Design lifecycle, from discovery and research to design, delivery and continuous iteration.
• Conduct UX research, user interviews, usability testing and validation to support design and product decisions.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from early discovery through implementation.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Product Design experience, with senior-level ownership and autonomy.
• Proven experience working on and evolving the same digital product for at least 1.5 years.
• Strong UX Research experience, including research, testing and validation.
• Hands-on experience with Design Systems.
• Strong Figma skills, including prototyping and component-based design.
• Experience owning the full product design process, rather than primarily UI execution.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience designing large-scale, high-traffic B2C digital products.
• Experience with mobile and web products.
• Exposure to data-driven design, analytics, experimentation or A/B testing.
