Enterprise Infrastructure - Cybersecurity Detection & Defense - Monitoring & SIEM.

Are you an experienced infrastructure and security technology leader who can bring together enterprise systems management, observability, cyber threat detection and infrastructure security?

We are looking for a Cybersecurity & Enterprise Systems Manager to join a global Enterprise System Management team supporting a complex, enterprise-scale technology environment.

This role sits at the intersection of Infrastructure + Monitoring + Automation + Cybersecurity.

What you'll be responsible for:

- Drive the strategy and roadmap for enterprise monitoring and system management capabilities.

- Engineer and implement global infrastructure monitoring and performance-management solutions.

- Embed cyber threat detection, prevention and security best practices into enterprise platforms.

- Evaluate and deploy new security technologies to address current and emerging risks.

- Manage and evolve monitoring and observability platforms.

- Work with SIEM and security technologies including Splunk / Google SecOps.

- Lead infrastructure and security technology projects across multiple teams.

- Define standards for design, implementation, operation and monitoring.

- Provide technical and strategic guidance to engineers and stakeholders.

- Lead, mentor and develop team members.

- Work closely with networking, infrastructure, business teams and external vendors.

- Provide thought leadership on technology strategy and enterprise architecture.

Strong match if you have :

- 8 - 12 years of relevant technology experience.

- Strong Windows / Linux / Unix systems administration background.

- Enterprise monitoring and observability experience.

- SNMP, Syslog, ICMP, WMI, Perfmon and related monitoring protocols.

- Strong scripting / automation experience with Python, Perl, Shell, PowerShell, Java or similar.

- Hands-on experience with Splunk or Google SecOps / SIEM.

- Experience with Datadog, SCOM or comparable monitoring platforms.

- Strong understanding of information security principles and infrastructure security.

- Experience designing or securing internet-facing infrastructure.

- Knowledge of DLP, DNS/DHCP and Load Balancing.

- Strong understanding of TCP/IP.

- Experience leading complex technical projects and senior technical resources.

- Ability to communicate effectively with senior business and technology stakeholders.

This role is particularly suited to someone who can bridge:

- Infrastructure Engineering + Cybersecurity + Observability + Automation.

- You should be comfortable moving between systems, networks, monitoring platforms and security technologies rather than operating within only one technical silo.

Work Shift :

- EST US | 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST.

- Flexible working arrangement.

- The role may also require weeknight/weekend work during production implementations to minimize impact on the production environment.

Location : Pune.
