The Senior Director, IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, is a senior technology leader accountable for the strategy, architecture, management and continuous improvement of Codexis Infrastructure services and Cybersecurity operations. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical judgment and people leadership, translating business priorities into secure, reliable and scalable capabilities across networks, cloud, servers, storage, endpoints and application infrastructure.

The successful candidate will partner across the business, guide infrastructure investment and work allocation, and ensure services are operated with appropriate resilience, security and accountability. The role also provides infrastructure leadership for enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities and partners with IT and Business stakeholders to govern AI data access, AI architecture and tool deployment, AI agents and associated risks.
