Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze functional and non-functional business requirements.
- Translate client needs into clear technical requirements and user stories.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Create and maintain documentation and specifications.
- Use data visualization tools to identify trends and support insights.
- Assist in managing tasks across multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Support stakeholder communication and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of IT business analysis experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience with documentation, user stories, and agile processes.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Ability to analyze data and provide business insights.
- Team player with willingness to learn and grow.
- Basic stakeholder management skills.
