Role purpose:

As part of a high-performance and dynamic team, we are looking to complete the team with a proactive, curious and well-organized Marketing & Communication Manager. The role is in charge of implementing governance of the Marketing, Product and External Communication strategy for Coface Switzerland..

This role combined strategic leadership, product and contract management, commercial enablement, with a strong focus on supporting business growth and transformation.

YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:

Strategic Marketing & Go-to-Market Leadership:

• Definition and execution of the Swiss Marketing and External Communication strategy, fully aligned with country, regional (WEAR) and Group priorities
• Translation of business and commercial objectives into actionable go-to-market strategies
• Member of the Extended Swiss leadership team, contributing to transversal decision-making and strategic alignment

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities
• Provide strategic market intelligence to support commercial and product decisions

Commercial Enablement & Lead Generation

• Design and deployment of demand-generation and lead-generation strategies to support Sales performance across business lines
• Close collaboration with Sales teams to strengthen lead processes, CRM usage, conversion funnels and sales enablement tools (experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Eloqua, HubSpot or equivalent)
• Development of commercial assets (presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, …) to support acquisition and growth
• Continuous optimisation of lead management processes at local, regional and Group levels (via key users’ workshops, …)
• Monitoring of key marketing KPIs (MQLs, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, ROI, website performance)

Product & Contract Management / Governance

• End-to-end responsibility for Product Management activities for Switzerland, in close collaboration with Legal, Sales and Regional teams
• Implementation, maintenance and evolution of insurance contracts, clauses and general terms across multiple products and business lines
• Management, translation and localization of contractual documentation (EN / FR / DE), ensuring legal accuracy, consistency and market compliance
• Active involvement in product launches, adaptations and migrations, ensuring operational readiness and commercial relevance

Marketing Operations, Communication & Brand Management

• Governance of all Marketing and Communication activities across digital and offline channels (website, digital marketing, content, print, events and public relations)
• Supervision of the digital ecosystem, including website management, SEO optimisation and content localization in 3 languages
• Definition and implementation of brand positioning and communication strategies adapted to the Swiss market
• Planning and monitoring of the marketing budget, ensuring prioritisation and efficient allocation of resources

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• 5 to 10 years as a Marketing manager preferably working in the insurance market or financial services company
• Proven track record in similar marketing position
• Experienced Event Management skills and requirement to be familiar with Business Social Network
• Organized, multi-tasking, strong in priority setting, team player
• English/French or English/German (Swiss) is mandatory for the position with ideally a third swiss official language would be a plus
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset
• Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Good knowledge of SEO, SEA, digital acquisition and content marketing
• Project management skills
• Communication: Good written and oral communication skills.
