Deine Aufgaben

Als Haustechniker (m/w/d) auf Minijob-Basis bist du für folgende Tätigkeiten zuständig:

  • Du behebst selbstständig technische Mängel und führst kleinere Reparaturen sowie Umbauten durch.

  • Du überwachst und wartest technische Anlagen wie Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Beleuchtung und Brandschutz.

  • Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister und unterstützt bei technischen Projekten und Optimierungen.

  • Du dokumentierst Mängel und stellst die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Prüf- und Wartungsvorgaben sicher.
