Deine Aufgaben
Du bist in unseren Hotels in und um München für folgendes zuständig:
Du behebst selbstständig technische Mängel und führst kleinere Reparaturen sowie Umbauten durch.
Du überwachst und wartest technische Anlagen wie Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Beleuchtung und Brandschutz.
Du koordinierst externe Dienstleister und unterstützt bei technischen Projekten und Optimierungen.
Du dokumentierst Mängel und stellst die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Prüf- und Wartungsvorgaben sicher.
