- Expertise in ITIL-based service delivery, including incident, problem, change, and release management, ensuring stable and compliant production environments.
- Strong ability to drive operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and performance optimization, reducing downtime and improving system efficiency.
- Skilled in stakeholder management across global teams, working closely with business, architecture, and operations units to align technology delivery with organisational goals.
- Proven leadership in managingcross-functional and geographically distributed teams, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and quality outcomes.
- Adept at ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness, designing resilient enterprise platforms for critical financial systems.
