Technical Architect - Gen AI / ML / LLM / RAG

We are hiring a Gen AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions focused on HR and PEO platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS Bedrock, LLMs, RAG Architectures, AI Governance, and Cloud-Native AI Solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Architect scalable GenAI platforms and RAG-based solutions.
• Design and deploy enterprise AI solutions using AWS Bedrock.
• Establish AI governance frameworks, guardrails, and compliance controls.
• Drive AI adoption across engineering, security, and product teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for AI initiatives.
• Ensure secure handling of confidential and sensitive HR data.

Requirements:

• Must-Have Skills: Generative AI Architecture, AWS Bedrock, Python, AWS Lambda, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain / LlamaIndex, Vector Databases, AI Governance and Guardrails, PII/Data Privacy Compliance, System Design and Solution Architecture.
• Good-to-Have Skills: AWS SageMaker, AWS S3 Java, HRTech / PEO Domain Experience.
