Responsibilities:

  • Breaks technical requirements into actionable tasks for iteration planning with the Scrum team.
  • Collaborates on coding, testing, and building software based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Assists the Technical Product Manager in preparing requirements for upcoming iterations.
  • Ensures and maintains high code quality.
  • Continuously enhances development processes with guidance from the Scrum Master.
  • Works closely with teams to improve technical practices.
  • Actively participates in Scrum ceremonies.
  • Creates high-level design (HLD) documentation.
  • Supports deployment and feature release processes.
  • Contributes to the effort estimation and sizing process.
  • Engages in designing, coding, debugging, and testing.
  • Troubleshoots issues in both test and production environments.
  • Collaborates with other development teams to deliver new capabilities.
  • Innovates to enhance application stability and performance.
  • Understands business requirements and translates them into technical implementation.
  • Assists in developing technical software documentation.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 3 - 8 years.
  • Technical skills as defined by the program.
  • Proficiency in development and CI tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Unix / Linux or as per the program's tech stack requirements.
  • Expertise in TPF, TPFDF, and TPFC.
