Job Description

Essential Functions:

1. Direct Labor recruitment execution

• Execute day-to-day recruitment activities to fulfill direct labor hiring requirements in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and organize interviews, hiring days, recruitment events, and community-based hiring activities.
• Work closely with Operations teams to understand manpower demand and prioritize hiring for critical production positions.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including interview scheduling, offer communication and onboarding arrangements.
• Monitor recruitment progress, candidate conversion rates, and hiring fulfillment against workforce plans.

2. Recruitment Marketing & Community Outreach

• Drive initiatives to enhance employer branding and increase Moritex Vietnam’s visibility within the local labor market.
• Manage recruitment postings through social media, local labor groups, job boards, and community networks.
• Develop recruitment materials, hiring advertisements, and communication campaigns targeted at production workers.
• Support employee referral initiatives to increase qualified direct labor applications.
• Gather market feedback from candidates and new hires to improve recruitment attraction strategies

3. Recruitment Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Track and report recruitment metrics related to direct labor hiring, including Hiring Fulfillment Rate; Time to Fill; Conversion Rate; Offer Acceptance Rate; New Hire Retention during Probation; Recruitment Source Effectiveness
• Analyze recruitment challenges and labor market trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Monitor reasons for offer declines, early turnover, and candidate withdrawal to support corrective actions.
• Standardize and continuously improve direct labor recruitment processes, tools, and recruitment channels.
• Provide regular hiring status updates and workforce availability insights to business stakeholders.undefined

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong sourcing and recruitment skills, particularly for direct labor and manufacturing workforce hiring
• Experience in mass hiring and managing recruitment campaigns during peak seasons
• Ability to develop and maintain candidate pipelines to support urgent and high-volume hiring demandsGood understanding of local labor markets, workforce availability and recruitment trends. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with Operations and Hiring Managers.Proficiency in Microsoft office applicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.Social media recruitment and employer branding experience is an advantage.

Minimum education and work experience required:

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related fields is preferred

English communication skills for workplace interactions and stakeholder communication are an advantage.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing environments.
• Experience in mass hiring or direct labor recruitment is highly preferred.
• Experience organizing hire events, job fairs, or community outreach activities is plus
