Job Summary

Program Manager role for a multinational organization focusing on strategic delivery of initiatives built on Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser. The position oversees complex hybrid model programs ensuring high quality customer experiences operational excellence and alignment with business goals while coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders across day schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Drive end to end program planning for Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser initiatives ensuring clear scope timelines and resource alignment across hybrid work arrangements
  • Oversee execution of multiple concurrent projects under the program portfolio ensuring that deliverables built on Adobe Experience Platform meet agreed quality and performance benchmarks
  • Coordinate cross functional teams including business product engineering and marketing to ensure integrated customer journeys are designed and implemented through Adobe Journey Optimiser
  • Manage program governance by setting up recurring forums metrics dashboards and status reporting that enable transparent oversight of Adobe Experience Platform related work
  • Ensure strong stakeholder engagement by regularly communicating progress risks and dependencies and by aligning expectations for all Adobe Journey Optimiser features delivered within the program
  • Monitor program risks and issues proactively by identifying dependencies across projects and driving mitigation actions that safeguard timelines budgets and experience quality
  • Guide solution and architecture discussions with technical leads to ensure that Adobe Experience Platform configurations and Journey Optimiser workflows support scalable and resilient program outcomes
  • Optimize program processes by refining release plans intake mechanisms and change management approaches so that teams can deliver enhancements on Adobe Experience Platform efficiently
  • Support data driven decision making by partnering with analytics and experience teams to interpret performance signals from customer journeys and adjust program priorities accordingly
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure that run support processes for Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser are well defined documented and sustainable over time
  • Champion continuous improvement within the program by capturing lessons learned after major releases and translating them into actionable improvements for future AEP and journey optimization efforts
  • Align program outcomes with organizational purpose by ensuring that experience solutions delivered through Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimiser contribute to better customer engagement and positive social impact
  • Maintain adherence to compliance security and privacy requirements across all program activities ensuring that customer data used in Adobe Experience Platform journeys is handled responsibly

    • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate deep hands on experience in managing complex programs that rely on Adobe Experience Platform including orchestration of data driven experiences and integration with enterprise ecosystems
  • Bring substantial exposure to Adobe Journey Optimiser including configuration of journeys audience management and optimization of omni channel customer interactions within large scale environments
  • Apply strong program management capabilities such as portfolio coordination schedule management financial tracking and governance suited for day shift hybrid work models
  • Utilize advanced stakeholder management communication and negotiation skills to keep diverse business and technology partners aligned on Adobe Experience Platform and journey optimization priorities
  • Exhibit solid understanding of agile and iterative delivery practices enabling structured yet flexible execution of programs that depend on evolving customer experience requirements
  • Leverage experience in domains related to program management to contextualize customer journeys and translate strategic objectives into clear deliverables and measurable outcomes
