We are seeking a Smartsheet expert with strong experience in consolidating data across multiple workbooks into unified datasets, enabling downstream reporting (e. g., Power BI).


Responsibilities:

  • The role involves creating workflows, automations (including reminders/alerts), and developing reusable templates such as RAID logs, status reporting, KPI dashboards, and data collection mechanisms.
  • This work is part of our effort to standardise tooling, improve data capture, and enhance reporting across EPMO initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Strong experience in consolidating data across multiple workbooks into unified datasets, enabling downstream reporting (e. g., Power BI).
