Sales Development Representative

Cogram is an AI platform for the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. We automate project management with AI agents, such as RFIs & submittals, email filing, field notes, meeting minutes, or reporting. World-leading architecture and engineering firms use Cogram at scale. We’re backed by YC, Initialized, and other leading investors.

The architecture and engineering industry is a $13T market that still runs on email chains, spreadsheets, and manual data entry. We’re building the AI platform that replace that. The problems are seriously hard: messy real-world data, deeply entrenched workflows, and users who need to trust the output on job sites in difficult environments. We’re a small, winning team competing with companies 100x our size. The goal is to become the default AI platform for design and engineering workflows.

What you’ll do

• Book and hold 8+ qualified first meetings per week
• Cold-call
  • Please note: expect to build pipeline by cold-calling for 3-4 hours / day. If you don’t want to cold-call, this role is not a fit for you.
• Own your data: every touch logged, every meeting handed off clean
• Learn the full sale by sitting next to it, with a defined path to a closing AE role in 12-18 months
• Work closely with experienced AEs and Cogram’s founders on scaling the company

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years of SDR experience
• Strong cold-calling skills
• Metrics-driven, sharp communicator, fast learner
• Interest in AI automation; basic technical fluency is a plus

• Initial screen (20 minutes): This will be a virtual intro call for you to get to know us as a team and company, and for us to learn more about you.
• Sales interview (60 minutes)
• Cultural-fit interview (30 minutes): We'll use this interview to determine if we're aligned on values and would work well together as a team.
