About The role:

We’re looking for a technically skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our growing support team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in Linux administration, system monitoring, and hands-on troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is passionate about system reliability, enjoys automating routine tasks, and is comfortable working in a shift-based schedule. Experience in IT operations, FinTech, or payments infrastructure is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely technical support to internal teams and partners regarding system monitoring and service stability
• Maintain and use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Alertmanager
• Log, analyze, and categorize incidents in Jira Service Management, and escalate issues when needed
• Develop and maintain small automation tools (e.g., Python scripts, Telegram/Slack/Jira bots)
• Administer Linux servers: logs, access control, services, cronjobs
• Document recurring issues and solutions in Confluence
• Work with REST APIs to integrate with third-party systems
• Participate in a 24/7 shift rotation, including nights and weekends

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in technical support, operations, or system administration
• Strong command of the Linux CLI, logs, services, file permissions, and networking
• Experience working with monitoring and alerting systems
• Understanding of incident and problem management (ITIL or Jira workflows)
• Basic skills in Python scripting
• Experience with Telegram, Slack, or Jira bots is a strong plus
• Understanding of REST APIs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
• Willingness to work in a shift-based environment (including on-call)
• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms

Nice to Have:

• Experience in FinTech, acquiring, or payment systems
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, or centralized logging systems (e.g., ELK, Jaeger)
• Hands-on contributions to automation or monitoring in production environments
