Colliers Engineering & Design partners with clients across industrial, data centres, infrastructure, commercial, residential, health, education, defence, energy and resources, transport, and public sector projects, delivering integrated solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer, Civil to join our growing team in Sydney. In this exciting position you will play a pivotal role monitoring and driving the performance of projects to successfully meet client commitments and foster strong relationships. With the support of over 500 experts nationally, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our high-profile land development projects and enhance client advocacy and confidence.

Specifically:

  • Lead and manage large-scale land development projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Oversee financial performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to generate revenue and drive growth.
