BARTENDER

Columbia Beach Resort is looking for creative, energetic and service-driven Bartenders to join our Bars Team, delivering exceptional beverage experiences in a luxury 5★ hospitality environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails and specialty drinks
• Ensuring consistency in beverage quality, presentation and service standards
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails and beverage menus
• Providing personalized and professional service to guests
• Recommending beverages and promoting upselling opportunities
• Maintaining proper stock levels, inventory controls and beverage storage
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization and readiness of bar areas
• Operating POS systems and handling guest transactions accurately
• Following hygiene, health & safety and responsible alcohol service procedures
• Working closely with the Bars and F&B Teams to ensure smooth operations

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in a 4★ or 5★ hotel or quality bar
• Good knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines and mixology techniques
• Passion for beverage preparation and guest service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Creativity, attention to detail and professional appearance
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Good command of English; Greek and additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Professional training in bartending, mixology or WSET certification will be considered an advantage
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
