RECEPTIONIST

Columbia Beach Resort is looking for a professional, enthusiastic and guest-oriented Receptionist to join our Front Office Team, delivering exceptional guest experiences in line with our 5★ luxury hospitality standards.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and performing check-in and check-out procedures
• Handling guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally
• Providing accurate information about Resort facilities, services and local attractions
• Managing guest accounts, payments and billing procedures
• Coordinating with Housekeeping, Reservations and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintaining accurate guest records and ensuring confidentiality
• Promoting Resort services and identifying upselling opportunities
• Ensuring compliance with Front Office procedures and service standards

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a Front Office position, preferably within a 4★ or 5★ hotel
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or Tourism will be considered an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and professional appearance
• Good computer literacy and familiarity with hotel PMS systems
• Excellent command of Greek and English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Positive attitude, teamwork and problem-solving skills
