The Commerce Undergraduate Society is the official student organization for commerce students at the University of British Columbia, dedicated to supporting their personal, academic, and professional development. Implement Imprint's visual identity and marketing strategy, overseeing branding, print materials, attendee experience, and promotional campaigns.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Help the Co-Vice-Presidents, Brand & Experience, design and execute engaging campaigns to promote the Imprint Conference throughout the year
- Design conference materials (delegate book, menus, itineraries, name cards, place cards, etc.)
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the theme and associated brand standards
- Regularly update Imprint's brand book and vision board
- Support the development and execution of plans for contests and giveaways
- Deliver on established strategy for boothing engagement
- Contribute to the creation of conference and launch event presentation slides
- Design team merch and other materials for attendees and the team
- Attend mandatory scheduled meetings
Qualifications
- Understanding of the implementation of a cohesive marketing strategy
- Skills in graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and knowledge of marketing trends
- Previous experience working in a team is an asset
Learning Outcomes

Time Commitment
- 3 to 5 hours per week with additional time around events
- Must not be on exchange/away for co-op during the 2026/2027 academic year
