Collaborate on delegate recruitment and industry engagement, growing Imprint's network and helping fill the room for the conference.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Work alongside the Co-Vice-Presidents, External, in identifying and engaging companies and industry professionals for conference attendance
• Network as UBC Imprint ambassadors
• Assist with tasks within the External portfolio
• Personally engage with prospects to help secure delegate attendance
• Coordinate with Vice-Presidents to secure networking, boothing, and workshop delegate attendance and assist with sponsorships
• Maintain connections with past delegates and invite them to the conference
• Collaborate with the Conference portfolio to plan networking session details
• Attend mandatory scheduled meetings

• Thrives off of making connections and fostering relationships
• Highly organized and conducts oneself in a professional manner
• Previous experience working in a team is an asset

Time Commitment
