The Logistics & Internal Associate supports the VP Logistics & Internal in coordinating the operational and logistical needs of Casing Junior Development. The role focuses on event preparation, scheduling, internal coordination, materials, and score tracking to ensure workshops, events, and the final case competition run smoothly.
Time Commitment
2-3 hours/week from September 2026 - December 2026 | 4-8 hours/week from Jan 2027 - April 2027
Main Responsibilities
Support the VP Logistics & Internal with planning and executing workshops, program sessions, and the final case competition
Assist with event logistics, including room bookings, schedules, materials, supplies, and day-of setup
Create and maintain event checklists, timelines, and task trackers to ensure deadlines are met
Coordinate with other CJD portfolios to identify logistical needs and ensure teams are prepared for upcoming events
Assist with tracking and tabulating individual and team scores throughout the program and competition
Maintain organized internal documents, schedules, attendance records, and operational information
Support internal communications and ensure important deadlines, schedules, and event information are clearly communicated to the Executive Team
Assist with planning team-building initiatives and socials to strengthen Executive Team culture
Provide day-of operational support and troubleshoot logistical issues as they arise
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow through on assigned tasks
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to plan ahead and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously

Ability to remain organized and adaptable in fast-paced event environments
Previous experience with event planning, logistics, operations, or student organizations is an asset
Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an asset
