Your tasks
- Developing, training, and tuning machine learning models using prompt engineering, including reasoning tasks and configuring MCP setups for database and API access; creating and managing RAG databases; registering and orchestrating AI agents;
- Working with data engineers to build robust data pipelines;
- Deploying models into production environments or prototypes;
- Ensuring models are reproducible and well-documented;
- Selecting appropriate algorithms for specific business challenges;
- Performing cross-validation and back-testing of models;
- Adhering to ethical AI guidelines and data governance policies;
- Explaining model results to business users;
- Mentoring junior scientists on advanced techniques;
- Supporting the team in achieving its goals.
Your Profile
- High knowledge of Python;
- Knowledge of various machine learning methods (e.g. trees, ensembles, neural networks, clustering, Splunk);
- Previous experience in collecting, analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data;
- Good understanding of MS SQL for data analysis and database optimalization;
- Experience with Big Data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus;
- Fluency in English;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
