岗位职责：
- 负责非标自动化设备的结构设计，包括方案制定、图纸绘制、BOM清单整理等，标准件选型等，确保设计方案的创新性和实用性。
- 编制、修订、更新设备全套技术图纸与文档，完成资料归档。
- 为现场作业人员提供技术支持与操作培训。
- 进行设备的可行性分析和前期论证，确保项目的顺利进行。
- 制作3D效果图，为项目提供直观的设计参考。
- 对现有自动化设备进行技术改进和优化，提升性能和效率。
- 参与项目的组装、调试和验收，确保最终产品符合设计要求。
- 开展供应商技术方案评审、对接管理。
- 协同电气工程师完成设备整体设计、迭代优化;在生产现场设备调试阶段提供技术指导、问题排查与跨部门协调。
- 参与产线工艺方案评审，结合工艺可行性，同步评估自动化方案可行性。
任职要求：
- 机械设计、自动化专业，统招本科以上学历。
- 具有10年以上线缆，线束，连接器等非标自动化机构设备独立设计工作经验。
- 有扎实的机械设计基础和工作经验，有较强的机械设计能力和灵活的思维。
- 精通机械结构动作原理，熟练掌握相关的理论知识。
- 熟练使用SolidWorks，PDM等专业软件。
- 精通SMC，Festo等气动元件，米思米，NSK等品牌的机械标准件，以及伺服电机等常用标准件选型及计算。
- 精通加工工艺、电气、或者熟悉非标治具设计者优先考虑。
- 具有良好的职业素养，良好的沟通能力，工作责任心强，具备团队合作精神。
- 良好的英文读写能力。
