Job Description:

As an Automation Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain automation solutions that streamline workflows and improve business efficiency. Working closely with stakeholders, you will identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable automation frameworks that deliver measurable value. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives through the effective use of automation technologies.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 4+ years of automation engineering experience
Experience with workflow automation and RPA technologies
Strong programming or scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Java, C#, etc.)
Process mapping and business process optimisation experience
Experience integrating systems and automating workflows
Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices advantageous
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or equivalent certifications advantageous
Relevant software development or automation certifications preferred
Experience delivering enterprise automation solutions highly desirable
