Digital Campaign Manager

Your Opportunity:

• As a Digital Campaign Manager, you'll oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative digital strategies that deliver measurable performance and business impact

• Plan, manage, and execute integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels
• Coordinate campaign delivery across Paid Media, social media, Email Marketing, CRM, Content, and SEO
• Track campaign performance and ensure KPIs are achieved
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations
• Conduct audience segmentation and customer journey mapping
• Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors
• Develop campaign reports and present findings to stakeholders
• Identify optimisation opportunities to improve conversion rates and ROI
• Maintain awareness of emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 4+ years' experience in Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, or Integrated Marketing
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience using marketing automation and analytics platforms advantageous
• Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel campaigns
