Job Description:

This role involves:

Developing, managing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms
Monitoring campaign performance and improving ROAS, CPA, CPL, and conversion rates
Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid management
Analysing campaign performance data and providing actionable insights
Managing and allocating advertising budgets effectively
Implementing conversion tracking and attribution models using GA4 and GTM
Collaborating with Content, CRM, Creative, Product, and E-commerce teams
Building dashboards and performance reports for key stakeholders
Optimising acquisition funnels and customer journeys
Staying up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 3+ years' experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, PPC, or Growth Marketing
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads
Strong understanding of customer acquisition and conversion optimisation (CRO)
Experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
Proven track record of delivering measurable campaign ROI

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce, Advertising, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field
Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification, or equivalent advantageous
