Job description:

Analyse financial and operational performance data
Develop and maintain financial models
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Prepare management reports and performance dashboards
Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations
Monitor business performance against key financial metrics
Support strategic planning initiatives
Evaluate trends and identify potential risks and opportunities
Prepare ad hoc financial analysis for stakeholders
Assist with process improvement and reporting enhancement initiatives

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years' of Financial Analysis, FP&A or Commercial Finance experience
Strong financial modelling skills
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience working with large datasets

Qualification:

BCom Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree
CIMA studies advantageous
