Job Description:

As a Principal Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across multiple teams, driving architectural decisions and ensuring the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. You will partner closely with engineering leaders, product teams, and stakeholders to shape technology roadmaps, establish best practices, and guide strategic technical initiatives. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving while serving as a mentor and trusted advisor within the engineering function.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 7+ years of software development experience
  • Strong software architecture and system design expertise
  • Experience building scalable enterprise-grade applications
  • Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS and/or GCP)
  • Strong understanding of modern engineering practices and SDLC methodologies
  • Experience leading technical strategy and architecture reviews
  • Ability to influence technical decisions across multiple teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience mentoring and developing engineers

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Cloud certifications advantageous
  • TOGAF or architecture-related certifications beneficial
  • Master's Degree advantageous
