About the Role
We are looking for a driven, highly communicative, and data-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in India, supporting our US Sales team and US customer base.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, researching relevant decision-makers, reaching out through cold email and other digital channels, and helping build a qualified sales pipeline.
This is a high-impact, target-driven role where your ability to communicate exceptionally well, understand and work with data, research prospects, write compelling outreach, learn quickly, and persist through challenges will directly contribute to our sales growth.
What You'll Do
Research US customers and decision-makers, using data to identify and prioritize relevant prospects
Engage prospects through cold email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, creating clear and personalized outreach
Understand prospect needs, communicate the value of our products, and identify qualified opportunities
Schedule qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives
Manage prospect follow-ups and maintain accurate records in sales systems
Work directly with US-based Account Executives and the US Sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
Meet defined outreach, qualified meeting, and pipeline targets
Continuously learn about our products, customers, and sales process
What You Have
Good written and verbal English communication skills, with strong cold-emailing and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and work with data, conduct research, and pay attention to detail
Proactive, persistent, and organized approach to prospecting and follow-ups
Ability to learn new products quickly and communicate their value clearly
Strong interest in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to work in a target-driven environment and US business hours
Nice to Have
Experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role, with exposure to cold emailing, prospecting, or lead qualification
Familiarity with CRM or sales engagement tools and experience working with US customers or teams
Exposure to healthcare, health tech, RCM, or SaaS is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
