Internal Communications Lead

Join our team as an Internal Communications Lead, where you will develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies that support company priorities and business objectives. You will support major company announcements, product launches, and integration milestones with thoughtful communication plans and supporting materials. Additionally, you will project manage communications initiatives, maintain a consistent voice and tone across all communications, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into clear language. You will also enable people leaders with tools and guidance for effective communication, support live and virtual team meetings, evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools, and contribute to engaging content across social media platforms.

Missions

• Développer et exécuter des stratégies de communication interne à l'échelle de l'entreprise qui soutiennent les priorités de l'entreprise.
• Gérer des initiatives de communication et des demandes, y compris la création de briefs de projet, l'établissement de délais et l'assurance que les livrables sont correctement examinés.
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour recueillir des informations et traduire des idées complexes en un langage clair et digestible.

Profil recherché

- 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or a related corporate communications field

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

- Strong attention to detail and an editorial eye for all written copy

- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects

- Simultaneously

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field

- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus

- A positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
