Join Compass International Holdings as an Internal Communications Lead. Missions
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communications strategies that support company priorities, business objectives, and ongoing initiatives.
- Support major company announcements, product launches, integration milestones, with thoughtful communication plans and supporting materials.
- Project manage communications initiatives and requests, including creating project briefs, establishing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are properly reviewed.
Profil recherché
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field- Strong attention to detail and an editorial eye for all written copy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Real estate industry experience is a bonus, but not required

- Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus
