Your mission as a Customer Advisor
Your main role will be to act as the primary contact for our customers. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting prospects and customers by resolving issues or providing information.
- Actively contributing to promoting our brand image and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Effectively managing complaints.
- Being an ambassador for customer satisfaction!
How will you do this? Through inbound calls, emails, letters, and potentially interactions via social media. (No cold calling involved!)

- Have a perfect command of written and spoken French and English.
- Possess excellent communication skills, are organized, autonomous, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Are proficient in digital tools and demonstrate a natural curiosity for adopting new technologies.
Our recruitment process
Phone screen (15 minutes): An initial discussion with a member of the recruitment team to validate your fit for the role.
French and English test (1 hour): An evaluation of your language skills in both languages.
