Key Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines on deliverables.
- Proficient in NICE WFM and ACD systems, with a strong understanding of scheduling or command center operations.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency, capable of working effectively under pressure.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness and capability to work remotely.
- Minimum of 2+ years of related work experience.
- Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve operational efficiency, decision-making, and business outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes using AI technologies.
- Ensure responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies.
- Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided
- Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with direct manager and/or direct reports
