Position Summary
As a Program Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and deliver automotive marketing and customer engagement programs from initiation through completion. You will manage project schedules, budgets, scopes, risks, and cross-functional teams to ensure CRM, digital, direct mail, loyalty, retention, and customer lifecycle marketing initiatives are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative, and client-focused professional who is comfortable working across multiple teams, presenting to stakeholders, and managing competing priorities with limited direction.

- Manage end-to-end execution of automotive marketing campaigns and client projects
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, forecasts, status reports, and project documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Development, Analytics, QA, Production, Client Success, technology teams, and vendor partners
- Facilitate client and internal stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and document business objectives
- Create and deliver clear, polished PowerPoint presentations for internal teams and client-facing discussions
- Monitor project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, escalating when appropriate
- Ensure campaign deliverables meet quality standards, business requirements, and client expectations
- Support estimates, statements of work, billing requirements, and project financial tracking
- Track project performance against key success measures, including on-time delivery, budget adherence, client satisfaction, quality, and stakeholder communication
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, confidentiality, and issue resolution
- Work independently with minimal direction while keeping teams aligned, informed, and accountable
- Support one or multiple client accounts depending on business needs and skill set
- Drive process improvements and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with flexibility, sound judgment, and an open-minded approach
- Travel locally for client visits as needed, up to 10% or less

- Have 6-7 years of experience in project management, marketing campaign management, client delivery, or a related field
- Bring a combination of relevant education and experience; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Have experience managing marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs, CRM initiatives, digital marketing, direct mail, loyalty, retention, or customer lifecycle programs
- Are highly organized and able to manage timelines, budgets, deliverables, documentation, risks, and stakeholder expectations
- Communicate clearly and professionally, with strong English written and verbal communication skills
- Are comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders and clients, including developing polished PowerPoint presentations
- Work well independently and collaboratively, with the ability to move initiatives forward without needing significant direction
- Are a strong team player who can build trust across cross-functional teams and client groups
- Can manage multiple priorities, shifting deadlines, and either single-client or multi-client project environments
- Demonstrate flexibility, open-mindedness, discretion, and a strong commitment to confidentiality
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, project management tools, reporting processes, and documentation practices
- Have advanced Excel skills, including the ability to organize, analyze, and report on project or financial information
- Are comfortable with light local travel for client visits
It will be a plus if you:
- Are bilingual in English and French
- Have experience working in the automotive industry
- Have Salesforce experience
- Have experience working directly with clients and supporting client-facing project delivery
- Have experience supporting statements of work, estimates, billing, forecasting, or project financial tracking
- Bring strong process improvement skills and a continuous improvement mindset

The base salary range for this position is $60k- $70k, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
