The Vendor Product Expert is responsible for leading the development and optimization of products from concept to delivery, ensuring they meet client needs and business objectives. Working closely with Sales Teams, Product Marketing, Quality, and Training.
The Vendor Product Expert ensures strategic & Tactical alignment, continuous feedback integration, and consistent performance improvement across programs and markets.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales Teams and Product Marketing to deliver optimized solutions and strategic feedback to clients.
Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with PMM, internal stakeholders, and vendor partners through proactive
engagement and corrective action planning.
Create and manage structured feedback loops on product performance, program-specific, and market-specific insights to
drive prioritization and improvement.
Monitor key product performance indicators (penetration rate, adoption rate) and develop corrective action plans in
collaboration with Operations Managers, Training, and Quality teams.
Provide regular reporting on key product challenges, activation timelines, and cross-department collaboration outcomes.
Proactively gather information on upcoming product changes, maintain communication with stakeholders, and ensure
timely dissemination of updates.
Conduct ad-hoc product reporting, activation planning, and participation in cross-vendor meetings to align on strategy
and performance.
Facilitate knowledge sharing through product roadshows, TL engagement, and scheduling of targeted training (including
Monthly Knowledge Tests) to strengthen market and team expertise.
Identify product, market, or knowledge-related performance trends, escalating issues when necessary and driving
continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the integration of product trends and insights into weekly and monthly business reviews (WBRs).
Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experienced in social media advertising with a background in product marketing and/or product ownership.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, define strategies, and implement action plans.
Strong "business x sales" mindset: should be able to support Sales in reaching its goals.
Advanced Excel proficiency and strong data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in English.
Passionate about building customer-centric solutions and empowering small businesses.
Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
