Remote - Virginia Residents Only
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST
Pay: $17.00/hour, please note this pay rate may be below your state’s minimum wage and this should be taken into consideration when applying.
About the Benefits Call Center Representative Role:
As a member of our Health & Welfare Benefits team, you'll make a difference in people's lives every day. You'll serve as a trusted resource for participants by answering questions and providing guidance on a variety of employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, prescription, life insurance, disability, and other employer-sponsored benefits.
In this role, you'll handle a steady volume of inbound calls while actively listening, identifying participantneeds, and providing clear, accurate information. You'll navigate multiple systems to research benefits, review eligibility, explain coverage options, and help participants understand their available resources. Your communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to helping others will play an important role in the success of both our clients and their employees.

Requirements:
Be at least 18 years or older
Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent
Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check.
Must have strong organization skills
Must have excellent time management skills
Must have strongcustomer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping msequal to or less than 175)
Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $32,760- $40,950.
