A quick snapshot…

A Senior Manager will build and manage an effective team from offshore centre. It includes hiring, training, coaching, retaining, and measuring the effectiveness of a high-performing PS delivery team. Be a problem solver and a guide, coach, mentor, and a strong communicator.

The Senior Manager will play a key role in building a strong and effective team who will deal with different situations while working on the projects.

Are you the person we’re looking for?  

Related experience. Must have 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, with strong experience in building and managing high-performing teams. Should have solid experience coordinating with global and offshore teams, along with full lifecycle enterprise software implementation experience. Experience working with Conga products such as CPQ and CLM, or with any CRM or SaaS platform, will be a strong added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions, but initiating them, too. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles, and when you speak you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills foster connection with our customers and stakeholders and allow you to accurately gather the right information so you can resolve issues in the most effective way.

Natural collaborator. You work effectively across functions - with Delivery Teams, Practice Directors, Regional Heads and customer stakeholders - to drive successful project outcomes. You are proficient with Agile and have a collaborative, cross-functional approach to delivering great solutions. You are comfortable working across multiple teams and championing best practices. You constantly seek opinions and solicit feedback to create the best work possible. You don’t know any other way, It’s a team effort and you completely appreciate that.

People leadership and development. You take genuine ownership of your team - hiring, coaching, mentoring, and retaining top talent. You invest in each individual’s career growth and skill expansion, building clear development paths and a culture where people do their best work and want to stay.

Driving initiatives and an AI-first mindset. You lead organizational initiatives that raise the bar for delivery, and you champion AI-driven ways of working to improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes. You proactively identify opportunities to innovate and bring your team along with you.

Subject matter expertise. You serve as a trusted subject matter expert for Conga’s enterprise customers, understanding their business challenges and how our solutions solve them. You bring credibility to customer conversations and help your team navigate complex enterprise implementations.

Education. A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred.
