Connectalents the leading Recruitment & HRO company in MENA is currently hiring Telesales in New Cairo for a Canadian-based organization that offers a variety of cruise experiences including Caribbean Alaska Mediterranean and Mexico cruises.

Job Scope:

• The Telesales is responsible for selling cruises vacations assisting clients with booking processes and providing expert advice on destinations itineraries and travel requirements. This role requires strong sales skills in-depth knowledge of cruise lines and ships and excellent customer service to ensure a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for clients.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Previous experience in travel sales or customer service (Fresh Grads are most welcome to apply).
  
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  
• Fluency in English is a must (B2 C1)
  
• Knowledge of cruise destinations itineraries and cruise lines is a plus.
  

Benefits

Basic Salary: 22000 EGP Commission
